We run construction projects remotely for the people who own them or build them. A reply within one working day, with everything tracked in one place.
For Builders, Investors and Home Owners.
You don’t need it all worked out to talk to us. Tell us where the project is up to, and we’ll come back within one working day with how we’d help and what it would cost. We’ll be straight with you either way.
We run your build day to day so you stop being the project manager in your own home.

Weekly report. Variations priced before approval. Snagging worked properly to handover. Certificates pack at completion. The boring stuff that protects everyone.
A named Project Manager and Coordinator on Pro and Elite, a named Coordinator on Lite. A reply within one working day. Real people who know your build.
Live access to the Hex360 Dashboard. You see the schedule, the costs, the documents, the photos, the open questions. Real time. No more guessing what's happening on site.
Dashboard access comes with a VPM package. It isn't part of a Blueprints subscription.

Schedule built. Budget loaded. Risks logged. Everyone signs off on the same plan before any work starts.
We chase trades, price variations, coordinate inspections, and send you one weekly report. You make decisions, not phone calls.
Snagging worked through to zero. Certificates, warranties, manuals issued as one pack. Project archived.
Over 40 projects completed and more than £6 million of finished work. Separately, another £6 to £7 million we are currently involved in, remotely. Four figures we can stand behind, and what each one does and does not cover.

Lite for smaller projects. Pro for most builds. Elite for £250k+ projects and investors with multiple sites.
For smaller projects and short refurbishments where structured oversight is enough.
For most Home Owners, small builders, and single-project investors.
For investors running multiple builds and Home Owners on bigger projects.
Site visits are £250 each, on request. Outside Plymouth, travel is a further £250, plus £100 to £150 a night where a stay is needed, agreed with you before it is spent. Variation work outside included hours is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
Daily contact with the trades, weekly photo and document upload to the dashboard, scheduled site visits at agreed milestones. We've run projects from Cornwall to Carlisle remotely. Where being there in person is worth it, we go. A site visit is £250, plus travel and accommodation outside Plymouth, and it is agreed with you before it is spent.
You do. We're your appointed Project Manager and Contract Administrator. The contract sits between you and the builder. We run it on your behalf, but we don't carry the building risk and we don't take a cut of the build cost.
Nothing. We give you a login to the Hex360 Dashboard. It works in any browser. There's a phone app if you want it on the go. We train you in week one.
We've not had one refuse yet. It saves them time, not adds to it. Their work is recorded, their payments are tracked, and disputes evaporate. We onboard them in week one and they're usually thanking us by week three.
Building the thing. Architect's drawings. Structural calcs. Anything outside the agreed hours each month. We're transparent about hours used on every weekly report so there are no surprises.
Onboarding takes a week. From a signed engagement letter, you'll have a programme and budget locked by the end of week two.
Prices are per month, per project. Thirty-day rolling notice after the first three months. No VAT: we are not VAT registered. We don't lock anyone in. If we're not earning our fee, we don't deserve to keep it.
Three months. Long enough for us to set the project up properly and prove the value. After that, monthly.
No. We don't take percentages of anything. Variation work outside the included monthly hours is billed at the agreed hourly rate. Our incentive is to price variations honestly, not to inflate them.
Hours per month, depth of cost reporting, and whether we attend a monthly director-level review. Pro is right for most. Elite is right when the project value passes £250k or you're running more than one site at once.
We only take on projects we’re confident we can run well. Thirty minutes tells us both if this is one of them.
