Site Visit and Appraisal

Two to three hours on site, then a written appraisal within five working days. Credited if you go ahead within thirty days: in full against the Coordination Service or a Pro or Elite retainer taken for its first three months, £250 against Lite.

£3,000 flat, 12 weeks

Coordination Service

Idea to a builder on site. Concept, scope, tender, contract and programme, in that order, paid across four stages at 30, 30, 20 and 20 per cent. It ends the day the builder starts, so it cannot be joined late.

Additional hours beyond a retainer's allowance are £75 an hour. Where a project needs planning input we can bring in our professional planner, priced per project. See how each one runs.

You don’t need it all worked out to talk to us. Tell us where the project is up to, and we’ll come back within one working day with how we’d help and what it would cost. We’ll be straight with you either way.

Site visits are £250 each, on request. Outside Plymouth, travel is a further £250, plus £100 to £150 a night where a stay is needed, agreed with you before it is spent. Variation work outside included hours is billed at the agreed hourly rate. Prices are per month, per project. Thirty-day rolling notice after the first three months. No VAT: we are not VAT registered. Delivering to programme depends on us getting timely information, decisions and access from you or your builder, see our full Terms for details.

Not included: site visits (£250 each, plus travel and accommodation outside Plymouth), work outside the included monthly hours (billed at the agreed hourly rate), architect's drawings, structural engineer fees, planning fees, Building Control fees.
