We review every Blueprint against current legislation and published guidance at least every 3 months. This one was last reviewed in September 2026, next review December 2026. Even so, these are guides to a process, not professional advice for your project. Law, rates and standards change, and every site is different. Treat a Blueprint the way you would treat a good checklist from an experienced colleague: it tells you what to ask and in what order, and you still take the decision with your solicitor, accountant, mortgage adviser or other qualified professional. Every cost and price in a Blueprint is indicative at the date of that review, and every statutory fee, tax rate and threshold should be taken from the official source we link to rather than from the text of a step.

Nothing in a Blueprint creates a professional duty of care between Hex360 and you in respect of your project, and we accept no liability for a decision taken on the strength of a guide alone.
