About HEX360
HEX360 Virtual PM was founded by Craig Lewis, who has spent over fifteen years in construction and project management and holds a BSc in Construction Management and The Environment. He has run work across a wide range of sectors, from luxury yacht construction at Princess Yachts to commercial and residential refurbishment.
After years in the corporate construction world, Craig turned to property investment. He completed intensive BRR training, applied his project management experience to his own portfolio, and found that most investors were running complex construction projects with almost no professional support behind them.
That gap is expensive. It shows up as budget overruns, programme delays, quality problems and a great deal of stress that lands on the person who can least afford to carry it. Hex360 exists to close it, bringing professional construction management to property investors at a fraction of the cost of a full-time PM.
Today we manage projects across the UK, from HMO conversions and BRR flips to commercial to residential schemes and Grade II listed renovations. Craig is currently involved in live projects in Manchester and Carlisle, working remotely. He acted as project manager to a contractor on a multi-million pound London project for a national institution. Every project gets the same processes and the same attention to detail.
Every property investor deserves the same level of project management that large developers take for granted. Professional construction oversight shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be a given.
